Return & Refund Policy
Returns: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds and exchanges: After we receive and inspect the item, we will tell you whether the return is approved. If approved, you can choose a replacement or a refund. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
